ISCB® Anti-Trust Statement
It is the clear intent of the International Security Certification Board | ISCB®, its Officers, Boards, and Members to operate in full compliance with all applicable international, federal, and state anti-trust laws, regulations, and standards, upholding the highest levels of ethical and legal behavior.
ISCB® strictly prohibits any exchange of information among members or participants that could be considered anti-competitive, including but not limited to:

Price fixing or agreements affecting fees or compensation.

Refusals to deal, limitations of territories, or restrictions on service providers.

Discussions or arrangements that influence costs, discounts, terms of sale, or profit margins.

Boycotts, blacklisting, or disparaging statements against individuals, companies, or organizations.
All ISCB® meetings, conferences, training sessions, and professional gatherings are conducted as though open to the public. Any discussion or conduct in violation of anti-trust statutes is strictly forbidden.
Violation of anti-trust laws may result in severe civil or criminal penalties, including fines and imprisonment. ISCB® requires all participants to comply fully with these standards and encourages immediate objection and reporting of any prohibited activity.
This policy applies to all ISCB® Officers, Members, Committees, and Affiliates, and governs all activities conducted under the ISCB® name.
